The cover bears a circular emblem depicting a flag and a map of the Arabian Peninsula/Gulf region held aloft by a hand, encircled by slogan text invoking organisation and support for the revolutionary movement in the region. A handwritten annotation, "Gulf Committee / London," identifies this as part of the archive of the Gulf Committee, the British-based solidarity organisation supporting the Popular Front for the Liberation of Oman and the Arabian Gulf (PFLOAG) — the same provenance established for other items in this collection. The included political report addresses American and British imperialist policy in the Gulf, Zionist involvement in regional affairs, the status of the Dhofar revolutionary movement, and calls for solidarity extending to Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, framing the Dhofar Revolution within the broader context of national liberation struggles and criticising the military build-up of Western and allied Gulf-state forces.
