Writing on back of postcard in Arabic reads "The building next to the mosque was the office of [...] its head was my late father." The back contains details of postcard publisher Moise J. Zagha. Text in French reads: " Moise J. Zagha editions, Damascus (Syria), postbox n.151. Oldest philatelic house in Syria. - enquire about the price of post stamps from Syria, Greater Lebanon, Alawites, Transjordan and Palestine, available upon request."
