Description: Six pages of domestic and international news make up the 20th issue of "Mardum," which the Tudeh Party of Iran published on May 30, 1979 (page five is missing).
"The Threat of Rioters in Kurdistan" is the title of a brief article on page two about the situation in Kurdistan. The author requests that the government suppress those who were involved in the previous regime and Barzani's family, who seized Marivan, Hawraman/Uramanat, and Dvndarreh, among other Kurdish regions. For their own benefit, these groups robbed individuals, threatened teachers, and confiscated the firearms of others.
