The Diocese of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria

Description: A 32-page pamphlet providing a overview of the newly-created Diocese of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, which was separated from the Diocese of Jerusalem in 1957 before merging again in 1976. The booklet was published to commemorate the consecration of Palestinian Bishop Najib Cubain on 1958. He was the first Arab bishop in the Anglican Communion, and the booklet contains several photographs of the ceremony, as well as other churches, schools and hospitals around the diocese.
